The Blackhawks are back, try and along with the rest of the city (and Blackhawk nation), we couldn’t be happier. Our city can’t stop buzzing about our Stanley Cup Champs, and Saturday night’s Stadium Series at Soldier Field was a fine welcome home for the guys.

On Saturday, the Hawks dominated the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stadium Series at Soldier Field, winning 5-1 in their first matchup with the East-leading Penguins this season. It was incredible to see the Hawks play through the snow and cold in the home of the Bears. Despite all the action over the weekend, the Hawks kept the posts coming on social media and shared some of their favorite moments with all of their adorning fans.

Andrew Shaw shared this picture (above) of some of our favorite Hawks via Instagram. He posed with Toews, Leddy and Saad. We must say, nice legs boys…. “What a great experience had a lot of fun!”

On Friday night the Hawks spent the evening with their families out at Soldier Field. Bryan Bickell posted this picture with his dad from the family night. “Had to help the old man with his skates yesterday. #funwiththefamily”

Here are some of our favorite Twitter pics from the Hawks and their WAGs on Friday night:

Typically we have a separate section for our WAGs and their posts, but this week we’re keeping them together. Our WAGs shared some great pictures and Tweets from the Stadium Series, starting with some advice from Amanda Bickell:

Elina Casell Hjalmarsson who sat inside a toasty suite at Soldier Field (can’t blame her) on Saturday night, posted this picture of her view at the game. “Feel so bad for everyone outside in the snow! #snowing #soldierfield #chicago #outside #game #blackhawks”

Elina also shared this picture of her game-time snack. “I got all I need here. #popcorn #hockey”

The @NHLBlackhawks instagrammed this picture of pre-game Kaner. “Patrick Kane (he’s that guys behind all the snowflakes) takes part in warmups. #stadiumseries”

Brandon Bollig shared this awesome picture of himself at the game. “#StadiumSeries”

Before we move on to the Bears, we had to share this picture of Elina and her baby bump and daddy’s sliver medal. “SO proud of baby daddy for winning the silver in the Olympics. Baby’s first medal pic #olympics #sochi2014 #hockey #sweden”

Moving on, our Bears have been enjoying their off-season, and certainly picked the right time to escape the cold and snow in Chicago. Stephen Paea ditched the snow for a trip to Cabo. “Destination: Cabo San Lucas #Mexico”

Brandon and Michi Marshall spent some time with the Bible this week. “Cool Bible study at Starbucks… @mrsmichmarshall”

Meanwhile, Kyle Long and Matt Forte are making plans for next season….

And Kyle Long is already starting to plan rules for his future daughter…we wonder what his beef is with Lululemon? Anyone know?

Our Bulls usually leave us hanging, as they continue to dominate offensively and defensively on the court, but Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah finally shared some tweets this week.

We might as well add a K-Cav section to the weekly roundup. The beautiful Kristin Cavallari isn’t letting her pregnacy slow her down. She shared this adorable picture with Camden and Jay earlier in the week. “Been having a beautiful, relaxing family va-cay. Thanks @mikoh_ for the perfect preggers bathing suit”

On Sunday, Kristin looked stunning while helping E! with the pre-Oscar coverage. “Had a great time helping countdown to the Oscars on E! I loved my Alexander McQueen dress.. felt like a princess”

Then later changed up her look for the after party. “Changed into Balmain for the Elton John party”

Alexander McQueen and Balmain? K-Cav definitely gets our vote for Chicago’s best dressed at the Oscars. Thanks for representing, K-Cav.

That’s all we have for you this week divas. Have a wonderful week and catch us back here next Monday!
